i bought this because i wanted to lose weight and hate exercising and thought that doing a dance type form of excercise would be fun. i like the upbeat music but it is too complicated and fast to follow,but my young daughters enjoyed it!

After years of Rosemary Connelys ultimate fat burner video I thought that I would try to increase my fitness by trying out this dance workout dvd. Was I in for a shock! I got out of breath just watching it let alone actually doing it.

It says that it is from beginner through to intermediate but I would disagree by saying that you at least had to have had some training in dance to be able to attempt this dvd. I thought that being not too old (30 something) that I might have been able to do this but I think that it is aimed more for teenagers.

I did enjoy watching the energetic dancers and the moves were great to watch but I think that I will be going back to my Rosemary Connely video.
