The Sundance Kid is the fastest gun in the West, his sidekick Butch is a dreamer, always planning that bigger, better bank raid. But things are getting tougher and soon the accident-prone anti-heroes decide it's time to head south and disappear into legend.
Winner of 4 Oscars including Best Screenplay for William Goldman and Best Song ('Raindrops Keep Fallin' On My Head') and Best Score for Burt Bacharach.

This film will be enjoyed by all not just fans of westerns... The use of the 'photo sequence' is a work of genius and really stops the film slipping into the error of other potentially great films that of becoming tedious... Complete with its other classic sequences this is a must watch film...

Butch Cassidy And The Sundance Kid (DVD)l Like the film.I mostly only purchase films that i know of and have seen before.I do not take chances with films and only buy when friends tell me they are excellent films or i have seen them before.I can watch films over and over again and still enjoy them.I do not watch them every week,usually months between viewing.

) Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid is a 1969 Western film that tells the story of bank robber Butch Cassidy (played by Paul Newman) and his partner The Sundance Kid (played by Robert Redford). The film is only loosely based on historical fact. It is a classic of its type, from a cinema film making era when the genre of the western still remained popular. Today, they have faded into history, and no longer are being made.
A memorable film, though it is very capable of being watched again and again. There is a fine performance by Paul Newman, plenty of action, the atmospheric scenes are realistically strong. The film introduced the popular tune "Raindrops keep fallin on your head".
It is a DVD for your personal library to keep, which you will treasure over the years, to revisit when the fancy takes you.

Always loved the movie..especially the "Raindrops keep falling on my Head" part of the film...just a classic and I looked for it at Ebay,which was a winner all round...excellent The DVD was brand new and sealed and at a price you would only find on Ebay

There are only 2 films that I can watch over and over again and this is one if them. A classic great, even though the music is not right for the era, everything else about it is brilliant.

Awesome MovieThis classic Movie is great. Its years later but It still is a great movie with alot of action through out. For this Cheap price its a must have for fans of the movie if they want to get an updated format from the old video.
