Firstly, all praise to the suppliers Willen Trading, who do a great job with a lot of stock!.
Now the TV itself. You really can't go wrong with one of these if you need a great value LCD for day to day use. Odds are you are getting a good sized LCD for near half price. Also, standard 32 inch TV owners will be suprised how similar this 27 inch LCD seems along side. For a little while we had the 2 running almost side by side ( 2 Champions League matches on at the same time!!!) First thing you notice is a sharper brighter image than the CRT. Sound is good and clear. You do have to accept that this is a budget model from a budget model maker, so may be ideal for a second TV or an upgrade for an aging relative? Only real downsides are the remote, which is a little awkward to use and you have to be very heavy on the buttons. Also the standy by mode is a little odd as you have to press hard to start the TV and sometimes this means it jumping back into standby. It also goes initially to Analogue...which we haven't tuned in and then press the DVB to get Freeview. I would suggest getting a nice LCD remote to replace it...everyone should really have one with a backlight as there is nothing more annoying than not being able to see the buttons symbols in the half light! Menus and set up is easy, although I am still having to refer to the manual to work out how to get back and forwards to certain parts...but there you go. As I have said good budget buy. David
