British Telecom Verve 500 Quad Quad 1-Line Cordless Phone

I was advised that the Verve 500 was an excellent telephone to have. I installed it over Christmas and so far no complaints as it is doing all that is expected of it. It is a nice unobtrusive design and I particularly like the call missed signal. The set up was very straightforward -

I liked the way the faulty handsets were replaced without an issue. I was disappointed when the order first arrived and 2 out of the 4 handsets were faulty but was impressed how quickly they were replaced.

Just as advertised.It was ordered and arrived quickly. I feel that I had a quality service. Absolutely delighted.
