) Refurbished product was basically new in an opened box. No dislikes at all.
Only problem was that it was set to the same number of rings as the 1571 service but the helpline quickly sorted that out.Phone book is capable of holding 255 numbers. Can be used for internal calls.
Would thoroughly recommend this to anybody who wants a new phone.

) Brilliant phones, just what i was after. Ideal buy as i only have one phone line in my home but needed an upstairs phone. Easy to use and really clear. Not the best looking phones i've seen, but i'm still more than happy with them.

This phone is fantastic - Although reconditioned, you would never know it had ever been out of its box. It looks fantastic and is so easy to set up - if you are confident wth mobiles this is a doddle, with many similar features! Sound quality is good and even the keys are a good size. Would recommend.

The only thing I do not like is the blue screen, as I find it difficult to see.

Bought for a friend who is severely disabled and has a degree of deafness. She 'phoned me by means of this telephone and praised it highly. The dual nature of the set means she can use one of the phones without the need of a telephone line in a room where she has to rest and this helps her considerably, also she finds it very easy to use. She asked me to pass on her grateful thanks to the seller. This phone set would greatly assist anyone with mobility problems.

I bought these phones because we had the same ones at work and they were excellent. I'd paid £90 for the ones at work so couldn't believe the price tag of £36. I was very sceptical but they were fantastic. Superb phones, superb aftersales service and superb fast delivery. Can't fault. Thank you.

generally a very good telephone. good battery, good range, stylish but fairly poor volume selection on handset. if your hard of hearing...don't bother. on occasions i'll turn the telly down to speak on the phone.

Great pair of phones, does everything you need, feels comfy in your hand. Build quality is very good indeed. Answer phone is simply to use, Sim reader is very handy for setting up your numbers as well.
Instructions are crystal clear.
Price cant be beaten as well, Saw these in Currys for £79. Asda had them on sale at £50. Come on here £32 delivered. I ordered them Sunday, got them Tuesday morning. You just cant beat service like that.
If your looking for a house phone that can do all that your mobile can these just cant be beaten. I'm very happy I chose these phones, best home phone I have ever had.

BT Synergy 4500 Cordless Phonel bought this model as l really liked the size and easy use of the phone, manual and instructions on use are easy to follow. Unfortunately the phone has a problem with it were you can be talking to a person and the phone cuts out and also it cuts out when you press key to get dialing tone. l am disappointed with this model as the two phones l have bought have the same problem.

I really like these phones. The battery life has improved so last much longer on calls. These phones can be basic or advanced depending on the user. We use them for calls all over the world. We like to be able to use hands free when we have a family conversation. We like the conference calling facility. Our Parents like the easy to use phone book, the button beep when pressed and the volume control for getting the call a little louder and the hands free for family calls. I like the transfer ability of new additions to the phone book from one handset to another or a complete phonebook copy. We have purchase a number of set so far and all are being used very successfully.

This is a nice phone. I decided to buy it as it looked nice. Its easy to use and has a child proof child lock, very similar to mobile phone locks, which saves on the random calls my son makes!!!! Overall very please with it.

At last i have found a phone with answer machine thats easy to use and understand. The phone set up is very much like a mobile and with it lighting up it makes it easy to see what you are doing. You can also transfer all your numbers from one handset to another one all in one go,plus you can transfer your numbers from your mobile onto the phone from the sim card.The answer machine is great and easy to use, you can hear when some one is leaving a message so you can ignore them if you dont want to talk to them.I wish i knew about this phone before i wasted money on others.

I bought this phone having read reviews of several phones of this type and I am pleased to report that so far it has performed in accordance with the reviews.
It is a "serious" phone with no frills and does what it says on the box.
If you like piano black it's appearance will suit you.
