British Telecom BT Freestyle 1025 1-Line Cordless Phone

We have had this phone now for four years it has worked well pk the styling is a bit dated now and the batteries now need replacing but it has been a very solid and reliable piece of kit with excellant reception.

I like my phone very much its like my old one the was no problem it also went with the lounge decor.

I bought this phone as the RNID review was most favourable. It has lasted 3 years. At first I was quite impressed with the clarity and ability to increase the volume. It also had a good range within and outside the house. The big problem now is the keyboard which has gradually become unusable owing to all the keys aligned left and center refusing to make contact with the plate beneath - no matter how hard they are pressed. This has not been caused by over use as our telephone bills will show (£12 pm average) but by poor quality workmanship - made in China I note.
