I loved the film when I saw it at the cinema, bought the video but now we don't have a video player any more we needed to buy a DVD. Great story, especially for anyone who likes brass band music and a good story background.

brassed off dvd
) this purchase was for the mother inlaw.just to put a smile on her face she loved it being from the same neck off the woods then brassed off she could identify with some of the story lines.a cracking down to earth film with lots of laughs along the way.

The item was very well advertised with an excellent description of the Movie. It was exactly as advertised, and swiftly dispatched. It arrived, securely packaged against the possibilities of damage in transit, in excellent condition.
The main reason for the purchase was/is my enthusiasm for brass band music, and the movie is linked with a bygone era where most coal mining communities supported a brass band, as did many mid/northern England firms, CWS Manchester and Fodens Motor Works to name but two.
I have twice viewed the DVD since its arrival, and will do so over and over again.
