Bose TriPort Consumer Headphones

I don't normally make/take time to write reviews of stuff.

However, I am lucky enough to own a pair of bose triports (around ear).

They are very comfortable and they give a depth of sound which belies their size. Get youself a pair of these and listen to Nickel Creeks' first album. Awesome.

I've used them in-flight too and they make a huge difference even tho they lack the noise-cancelling facilities of the quietcomfort range - but then they don't cost as much.

I first heard these on an ipod in londons applestore, i knew right then that i had to get a pair.

Life's too short - why settle for second best ?

These headphones arrived and looked like the real deal.

However, the sound wasn't 'up there' with Bose stuff I used to have

Long story short, took them to Bose in my town and they told me they were Chinese clones.

Try and register your headphones on the Bose Warranty website and see!

They look real unfortunately....

The seller was quick and efficient. Answered all questions very quickly and I had the product within 24 hours. I would recommend this seller to others and would use again. Also the goods were of great quality for a great price.

Great sounding earphones - sound like your inside the speaker. Blocks all external noise. The phones are extremely comfortable, with different size ear pieces that are easy to change. Feel solid and well made. The lead doesn't have that strange asymetical style with one leade shorter than the other.

Would highly recommend. Much better than the standard ipod ones, although obviously a lot more expensive.

I received the headphones and decided to play my ipod while using the in-ear phones bought with it for maybe 10 mins or so then put on the bose pair and WOW I was chuffed as anything to have spent what I regard as "enough" money on the item but received value for money.
It was a Sound Sensation not only that but they tidy away so compact for easy carry.
You will not be disappointed

If you love music, you'l love this. You will find with some of your favourite songs you play there are other sounds that you can hear that you havent noticed before. Very pricey but worth the money. If you listen to music on an Ipod or Mp3 player everyday it is well worth splashing out a bit more cash on this item. A must buy.

I had read many reviews on how good these in ear headphones were, although a few negative reviews were also read, however this did not put me off, and so the bidding began about six months ago, retail price being £75, at that price they should outstanding, but i was not prepared to pay this, i eventually purchased some for £42 a few weeks ago, when they arrived some favourite tracks were loaded into the ipod, and i was extremely impressed on how good these headphones are, the bass is deep, but not overpowering, allowing other instruments to shine through, voices are controlled and again powerful, and the controlled results these headphones produce are magnificent, i would recommend these to anyone who is prepared to spend that bit extra on in ear headphones.

The headphones come with three different sizes of moulded caps, which after a couple of changing from large to small and then deciding on the medium, once i tried all variations i was ready to go, i also have a pair of sennheiser hd600 headphones which at £250, again are excellent headphones, the bose for an in ear type are a match for the sennheisers.

My daughter recently purchased a set of these headphones for her iPod and we winced when she told us how much she paid for them. She let us try them out during a recent visit and we could not believe the difference in sound quality that they produced. We heard aspects of the music that we had not noticed before and the whole frequency range was sharp and crystal clear, the base frequencies were much more noticeable without being overpowering.
From being sceptical about both the price and sound quality possible we changed to enthusiatic fans, buying our own sets shortly afterwards.

very lightweight - can wear for hours without noticing them. very natural sound, no pumped up bass. i use for video editing.

these headphones are not the ones i ordered. I ordered on-ear headphones, but got in ear instead. They are not what i wanted, but i am making do with them. They are not worth the money i paid for them. Thank you.

Bought it for a present and my soon is very pleased. It was the most reasonable price I could find anywhere

Needed a replacement for the poor quality earphones you get with an ipod. After reading other reviews, these seem to be the way to go, and we've not been dissapointed. The sound quality is exceptional with excellent reproduction across all ranges. The sound is much more natural and responsive than most headphones or ear pieces, and well worth the money. With 3 different sized tips, they should fit almost everybody, with the only area of slight dissapointment is the amount of external noise you can still here, but thiat is a problem with most ear pieces. Deffinately worth the bit extra!

The sound is perfect!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You get what you pay for. and is not pricy but the cord is to long but is not a big problem. 10 out of 10

Knew Bose had a good reputation but these are sooooooo awesome. What a brilliant sound, makes my ipod sound like a proper hifi! Go on treat your ears you won't regret it :-)

by no means poor headphones but there are better. Typical bose sound, very bass heavy but pretty good all round.

The quality of sound is excellent and improves the audio acoustics. Good comfortable fit with adjustable ear pieces. Recommended and purchased by friends. Good value for money.

i,ve tried many different earphones and have to admit most are poor in delivering good quality of sound. normally you,d go for a set of headphones that completely cover the ears. but if like me you enjoy music on the move then you,d look pretty daft wearing such while out walking,jogging or on the train. i went for a set of sennhessers that fit inside the canal of your ear. sound was good but they sometimes came loose and the base disappeared. they also can become uncomfortable after a while. so then i bought myself a set of bose tri-ports. firstly these are definately the most comfortable i,ve ever worn. but the real selling point has to be the amazing quality of sound,regardless of your musical tastes. i heartily recommend these. you won,t regret buying a pair. you even get a nice carrying case with them.

Headphones were fake. Seller gave refund though. People really need to be careful when buying goods from non authorised dealers.

I love the clear sound of these headphones. It is great to be able to hear all the pieces of an orchestra or band and imagine being in the audience hearing live music! The in ear piece I had previously delivered very poor sound and hurt my ears. So I thought I would look on Ebay to see what quality headphones were being auctioned.These Bose on ear headphones were the perfect choice for me as they fit comfortably on my ears and have alreay given me many hours of clear sound from my ipod.There wasn't a lot of interestin the headphones but enough for me to pay a reasonable price and the seller to be happy !The only downside was that when my husband tried them out I could hear noise from them. I did wonder if , maybe, the round ear version would cut that out.I'll never know , unless of couse, I buy another pair on ebay !

This is the best ever earphones you'll find for base, they aren't that secure in your ear but if your into sports I would recommend something else like Sony Earphones (Sport). These earphones are for loud music people, and would be of no use if you did not use it for such reason.
