As someone who has limited mobility I purchased this dvd to hoping it would help me lose a bit of my stiffness. I found it very good. It starts with a short warm up followed by the main muscle stretching program and finishes off with a short relaxation session. I personally found the warm up hard, (only because I need a stick to help me walk) but I could tackle most of the stretching exercises.Throughout the dvd you are told not to force things, just stetch as far as you can. Some of the stretches need you to stand on one leg. I found these difficult, but someone with two good legs should get on ok. I have only been stretching for about a week but I feel more supple and flexible. There is nothing about this dvd that is in any way a cardio workout. It is all very slow and graceful (at least it is the way the lady on the dvd does it).
