Bob Marley & The Wailers - Legend (CD 2000)

I love Reggae music especially Bob Marley and i had a few records & tapes.When i first bought this it was on an LP,but my new stereo had no turntable so i decided to buy the CD.As with all my other LP's i am replacing them one by one.I have also just replaced my Judus Priest LP-Screaming For Vengeance with the CD,it is fantastic; if you like this type of music.

this is probably the best album ever. i need to say nothing apaet from excellent. considering he had such a short life he fullfield it to the full. redemtion somg is the best of all time

Bob Marley was a wonderful musician, his music was simple and yet full of emotion and rhythm, it was the basis for a lot of other songs, this CD is brilliant.

this album by the late, great bob marley is a timeless classic. we've all heard the songs on, from this album, on the radio but i don't think anyone can get bored of any of them..... absolutely brilliant

when i opened the package, it was clear the CD case was damaged - covered in scrathes and the teeth (which grip the CD) had broken off and were missing. It did not include a "28page booklet" (it appeared to be used and/or a copy. The CD did however play ok - despite missing the two best songs Easy Skankin, and Punky Reggae Party (which were on my later CD)

Ive always been a massive fan of music, and always wanted a Bob Marley greatest hits CD, but for some reason took me decades to acquire.Anyway i was happy with the result, though for me Marley is not a legend in the true sense of the word, not like Lennon or Dylan are.His music does have a love and peace message which has to be admired in this evil world.But to me through his not so great song writing abillity he just manages to get it across.To me Marley has got that James Dean, River Phoenix type thing going on, in that he's been over hyped through a premature death.But saying that there are some diamond songs on this album, one love, no woman no cry, three little birds.So at the end of the day this album should be in any serious music collectors Library.

I do like to buy stafs from Ebay because I can shop while sitting down at home.
This item (Bob Marley, LEGEND) it was reasonable price, well packed and quick delivery.
Item was exactly match with seller ad.

Well what can I say?, No home should be without this great reggae album, the tracks are simply in a class of their own, perfect for doing your housework to and shaking you booty, or just chilling. A couple of favourites but really love them all. This album is to replace my old one, so I will be jamming around the kitchen later. Which one is your favourite?

wicked tunes from start to finish,best album ive bought for ages.first time i have ever listened to reggae & i am now a fan,will be buying more of the great bob marley`s albums.

I brought this item for a gig that i am doing.
It was packaged and delivered in the appropiate many you expect from a seller.

Anyone who says they don't like Bob Marley is just totally mad.
I listen to Bob over and over , while I was pregnant in 1980 with my daughter I listened to Bob every day, our daughter had to listen too.
Now 27years on she is one of Bob Marley's fans too. Bob's misic makes you happy when your down, and there is no way you cannot resist to sing along.

I like Bob Marley as a singer that why i like this album. The sound quality is not so great although it may be origninal. I wanted to buy a legend album specially Bob Marley.

This classic CD went missing during my divorce so I was desperate to get another copy. Although I'm not a big reggae fan this CD oozes class and never fails to put you in a good mood. This is a CD you will keep coming back to as one of your all time favourites. From the brilliant "No Woman No Cry" to the dead catchy "Three Little Birds" I give it 10 out of 10.

THIS HAS SOME OF MY FAVOURITE TRACKS ON IT. I HAD TO LOOK THROUGH WHICH CD'S WERE AVAILABLE ON EBAY AND WHICH TRACKS THEY HAD BECAUSE I DIDN'T KNOW THE NAME OF THE ALBUM. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO ANYONE WHO LIKES THEIR CLASSIC TRACKS!

We absolutely love this album. We have looking for it everywhere. Bob Marley certainly is a legend and his music leaves nothing to the imagination about how he felt in life.

This album is the best he made and is a must to buy if you are a fan.

I have listened to this music for about 30 yrs and its still as good today as it was then.Bob Marley is a legend and his music will go down in history. classic easy listening tracks that you cant help singing along to include:Three Little Birds, Buffalo Soldier & Jamming.

Having watched the film i am legend which featured four tracks from Bob Marley, i ashamedly forgot how wonderfully talented Bob Marley was. So had to buy this cd. The live version of 'No woman no cry' is absolutely fantastic, the crowd singing the chorus as the intro is playing, makes the hairs stand up. Three little birds is the type of song that can lift your spirits if feeling a little down. I would highly recommend this CD. A must have in any collection.

i decided to buy this cd because the only other version i have is a vinyl l.p which i bought in 1984!i dont possess a record player anymore hence having to buy it again.i love it because all the songs are so uplifting that you cant help singing along to it and it brings back good memories of being a teenager.i play it in the car and even my kids sing along to it.

i have had it for years .lent it to someone and never got it back so I needed it .for my collection.................

My wife and I went to Jamaica in February this year for a holiday and visited BoB Marleys resting place. We were taken by how much Jamaicans regard Bob Marley and his music. Every where we went we heard this CD being played so we decided to buy it to remind us of our holiday and to add to our CD collection. It is the kind of music you never tire of hearing!
