the album black sunday by cypress hill is a very relaxing cd ideal for if your on a long car journey, but not all tracks are slow as hits from the bong is very energetic, and an all round good mood song, the reason i bought the album was not just because it was so cheap but also, i had downloaded the odd song from itunes and enjoyed them so much it would be a shame to not get the album, beware this is hardly classical music, many people cant stand it! dont let it put you off as it is certainly worth the 2 quid i spent for a couple of hours worth of entertainment.

This is a classic CD full of dark and grimey beats with B-Real and Sen Doggs signature vocals in full effect. It's a rare thing when a Hip Hop album crosses over to not just the pop charts but also the rock scene as well. This does it without loosing any of it's solid Hip Hop roots or sound. A must have album loved by Hip Hoppers, Stoners and Rockers alike!

What a fantastic album. Original unique style of old school rap - I would definitely recommend this album to anyone who loves old skool rap music.

I first heard this album back when it was first released (in 1991 I believe), at first I didn't like it,my preferred genre at the time being heavy rock, but over time it grew on me.
It has something for all those who like their music to have cuss words and violence, and, to my mind at least, with not one dud track it's the best music Cypress Hill ever produced, nothing else they've done quite measures up to Black Sunday (although I'd be happy to be proven wrong).
My musical taste has expanded over the last fifteen years to include classical, blues, folk, dance, techno and trance, and Black Sunday still keeps pulling me back for another listen!
Stand out tracks in my opinion are 'I ain't goin' out like that' and 'Lick a shot', because they're the most brutal, upbeat tracks on the album, tying in well with my love of heavy rock!

greatest album EVER, best listening when nicely relaxed!!!! 'hits from the bong' is amazing as is 'i wana get high' would definately recommend this album to anyone who loves rap music
