We had a previous model cleaner which broke and Bissell upgraded our old machine for this model.
This is very easy to use, easy to change the water and dispose of the dirty water. It's simple to add cleaning fluid - does use quite a bit though, which I don't mind now I've seen first hand how good it is.
We have two dogs which are mostly house trained - after using this cleaner the carpets looked and smelled amazing. They looked brand new again.
It got all the doggie accidents out, got all the hubbies mug accidents out and the mud from the teenagers running around the house. This machine has two rows of brushes in the front which gets out the ground in stains.
I would definately recommend this cleaner to anyone, especially if you need some heavy duty cleaning.
