I have been exercising at home ever since the day I checked the gym prices and nearly passed out, and have used several videos and dvd's to dance, stretch or work out to. One of my new found favourites has become the Billy Blanks series, as I find the atmosphere of the whole workout lively and exhilarating, which encourages me to put in that extra effort. What I like to see is a different array of people doing the workout in the background, not just the beautiful and well toned, but the ordinarily shaped panters and sweaters as well. It's refreshing to see that it's not just me that has to grimace on occasion! Billy blanks is an enthusiastic instructor, and with friends behind counting to the beat, and pleasant music to workout to, it makes for an addictive way to keep fit, and if you follow his advice, you will acheive improved strength and muscle tone as a bonus!
