Great Gigli

Beniamino Gigli had a great voice, and this CD highlights his talented voice very well. I bought this as a Christmas present for an elderly relative who remembers Gigli from when he was alive, and he thoroughly enjoyed the CD.

) possibly the greatest tenor to have lived during the 20th century,he came from humble beginings but never forgot that. When he sang it was soft but pitch perfect and you realised that he also understood the music so intensley and was able to cnvey this to those who loved this great,great man.
