The Beiderbecke Trilogy - The Complete Series (DVD)

I remember when these first came out on ITV. And although times have moved on and make this series look dated they make up for it in witty scripts and fine acting which can be lacking in the more high buget programmes of today. The Beiderbecke trilogy follow the adventures of teachers Trevor (Jim Bolam) and Jill (Barbara Flynn) in thier attempts to make sense of the inexplicable events which seems to follow them. If you like character driven shows then you'll enjoy this series. This DVD collection also contains the 4 part mini series called "Get Lost" which the Beiderbecke Affair was going to be the sequel too but the part of the main cast were unavailable.
