) This is one of the best CD's I have ever heard. I've never been a big hip hop fan, but I love this album. It's great music for a party or just everyday commuting. If you like Beastie Boys, old school hip hop, or just music in general, this is a must have.

A superb first introduction CDAfter watching the crazy video clip of Ch Check It Out, I just had to see what was up with these guys. I picked up a copy of To The 5 Boroughs, and WOW, it really scratched an itch. There are some real treasures hidden inside like Open Letter to NYC, and 3 the Hard Way. In all, a real fine introduction to the Beastie Boys.
If you find yourself pleased with this album, try adding a DVD of the Beastie Boys film clips to your collection. They're almost always different, catchy and memorable. The clip to Open Letter to NYC ranks in my top 5 of all time, and the Sabotage clip is the Beastie Boys at their finest. Anthony K.

Tte Beasties are back, brutal, brilliant basically.Coz i'm a lazy sod, i'll make this review short snd ah. um, ah....short.
This slbum is a cracker, if, like me you like your Beasties flat out with mic's in hand and shouting brilliant lyrics and keeping a straight face, then you'll love this CD. I've been with these dudes since the Cookie Puss days, well before the VW '86 Def Jam period and in my humble opinion, this is THE essential Beastie Boys long-player.
I'm sure this album won't cost the earth so go ahead and but it.

The Best Of The BEASTIE BOYS So Far!!!
) Superb album!! One of their best to date, especially the tribute to the 9/11 incident Track 12 'Open letter to NYC'. Its that good I can't really explain it unless you buy it and listen to it right the way through. BUY IT!!
