The thing that drew me to this product was the fact that it contained not just the well known tracks such as surfing USA, but more talented tracks such as Help me Rhonda, Slope John B and many more.
The music has been Digitally remastered. So that the sound quality rivals the latest music scores sold today by modern artists.
This little gem will not disappoint

Beach Boys CD

My husband and I are about to go travelling in our motor home and as we are both big fans of most of the music from the 60's era, decided it would be a great opportunity to be able to listen to all our old favourites whilst on the road. The Beach Boys remind everyone of long hot summers when we were kids and will stir up all kinds of happy memories, as well as creating a few more as we enjoy our travels.

I had only Beach Boys Albums on vinyl and no turntable, so buying the CD enabled me to listen again to some of my favourite music from the past.

This was just what i wanted.
Although i like good vibrations,hearing lady lynda and kokomo makes you realise what a truly harmonic experience it is listening to some of these truly beautiful sounds.

Cool summer music I play it loud in the car.All the old favourites plus some more obsucure tracks I haven't heard before. Although I was the right age back in the 60's I didn't have any Beach Boys in my vinyl collection. This is a great blast from the past. Highly recommended.

The Beach Boys-Vert Best of the Beach Boys CD 2001This is a remastered version of one of the many Beach Boys Greatest Hits CD's,and if you noly need one Beach Boys CD this should do nicely!.Present and correct are all the Classics such as "California Girls","Good Vibrations","I get around","Sloop John B",etc,etc.
To my ears this remastered version sounds a little muddy on some tracks,but that is a minor problem and if you wanted some reasons why Brian Wilson is up there with Lennon & McCartney,and Jagger/Richard as a songwriter one play of this CD should tell you the answer.
If you like this and want just one definitive Beach Boys CD try "Pet Sounds" which is a masterpiece on par with "Sgt Pepper"in the songwriting canon some tracks of which are included on the Greatest Hits CD.

Just love the memories that this CD envokes, I bought it on the basis of hearing a track o Radio 2 that just took me back to my teens . I am 59 and still into good music from the Beach Boys , the Beatles, the Stones , the Kinks through to the Killers ,Snow Patrol and many more I think it keeps me young.
