Having had an iPhone from O2 for a week and finding that the reception in my area was inadequate, I had to send it back. BUT having experienced the iPhone, I REALLY wanted one on the Vodafone network.
I was VERY wary of buying a factory unlocked one from Australia (via Electronic Avenue) - But I bit the bullet - Paid through the nose and only 50 hours later, (from dispatch in Australia), got it and am delighted. Just plugged into iTunes, set up the Vodafone Internet and Mail (Instructions provided by Electronic Avenue) and was away without a hitch.
Now, a week later, still absolutely delighted. NO glitches so far.

Its a nice little pouch for iphone, really nice in silver colour. will only fit the phone in on its own, wont fit with a hard case on it. otherwise useful for protecting the phone very well.

A very unfortunate occurrence happened to me and 113 other eBay buyers. Someone had either built up a continuous positive feedback for 3/4 years, then advertised 115 iPhones on eBay a cut under what you can buy them for in shops. These iPhones were supposedly being ordered from Italy, which, I might add, is where Apple confirms that they have to sell iPhones unlocked to the mobile phone network companies. An obvious source.

Or an account was hacked/stolen/bought and used to commit a huge fraud of just under £60,000.

What have we learnt?

Buying and selling must be surveyed and kept a close eye on for the latest holes into which fraudsters can wiggle their way in to catch us out...so BE CAUTIOUS! And pay with Paypal, NEVER EVER EVER pay via a wired-transfer system, like Western-Union or MoneyGram....

I liked that the phone was as described and the seller was great at communication but after the sale he did not email me back or eve leave feedback and if i knew that was the case i would not have left positive feedback. Other than that i was happy with everything else.

I bought this unlocked iphone because my family all have good deals from vodafone and great coverage and my partner liked it. I was nervous about voda not working but it worked fine, vodafone are doing iphones after christmas

as a former owner of a nokia n96, i can safely say that the nokia n96 is fantastic, but the iphone is better! The camera could be better and include a flash but dosen't bother me as i am more interested in the music player than the camera. it goes without saying that music and movie playback is brilliant. very highly recommended
