Annie Lennox never ceases to amaze us with her diversity, and this solo album is no exception.
The track listing includes 'Why', 'Walking On Broken Glass', 'Precious', 'Legend In My Living Room', 'Cold', 'Money Can't Buy It', 'Little Bird', 'Primitive', 'Stay By Me', 'The Gift', 'Keep Young And Beautiful - (bonus track)'. The latter was a great surprise to me on first hearing, a very pleasant surprise.
This is a lovely album from a woman with such unique vocals and whose popularity never wanes.

This is a wicked album -I used to have it on tape but it got lost in transit so couldn't wait to buy it again on CD.

Good songs, some just a little bit different to what is expected of Annie Lennox & what she has done before. Don't think the CD deserves the title of Diva, but none the less it's easy to listen to.

Annie Lennox's debut album 'Diva' is a solid attempt and has been made well. Different from her Eurythmics style - Lennox follows a different approach. 'Why' is a slower nice song to listen to, great lyrics and vocals. 'Walking on Broken Glass' is good catchy song. 'Legend in My Living Room' is interesting and has a great tune. 'Little Bird' is a good song too. The rest are good but not the highlights.

Diva...most sucessful solo album, deservedly?
) I love Annie Lennox, I love her voice and I love the honest, straight to the heart lyrics. This is a great album, and going x4 platinum in the UK it received great critical acclaim. But don't think that makes it any better, musically, than her other solo efforts. If you want to know what Annie Lennox as a solo performer is all about, or are just trying to broaden your music collection, this album is definitely a great place to start!!

Its so an amazing sound, special memories of specisl times with someone special! Annie has a brillant voice love all her work, "why" is a touching song, the rest of the cd is excellent, will listen to it loads!

This was a great purchase as a friend could not find this anywhere for a decent price. And low & behold i find it for a right cracking bargain on eBay.

Diva in my opinion is the top album of the 1990's. It came as no surprise her vocal strength when I bought this as I always loved Eurythmics. It is an album of different emotions, from highs to lows. It kept me going on the way home in the car from work at a low time in my life. Thank you so much Annie, you kept me sane. Top songs cannot be noted as they are all top songs to me. My favourite is 'Cold' though. Hope this is helpful to any buyer!
