Hard House as it truely used to be..
A shining example of what Hard House used to be.
This is the CD that got me hooked on Hard House. Originally i got it for the "666 - Devil" tune, but after playing that to death on repeat, took a listen to the rest of the album and im eternally glad i did.
Lisa Pinup's CD One is packed to the rafters with fun, bouncing along in Lisa's trade mark style, with cheeky cuts and snappy mixing,
Andy Farley's CD Two, whilst maintaining the classic bouncy style stays true to his style of the time (funny, seeing as it was mixed, "at the time") with slightly more techy influenced rhythmic hard house.
A great buy, either for the Hard House fan looking for a bit of the old skool flavour, or for the commercial whore looking for some good fun party tunes.
Skip the "best of hard house" and "this is hard house" 3cd cheese fest albums, chocked full of stuff that isn't really what hardhouse is, or was, and get this.
you'll not be disappointed.
