Alpine CDE-9871R Car CD/ MP3 Player

Bought one of these to replace my standard tape player in my SAAB 900, was going to buy a more expensive one but decided against it as this has all the features I need. It plays MP3 discs (not WMA) and has 2 pre-outs to be connected to amps at a later date, as the one in the stereo, despite claiming 4x45 watts, in reality is more like 4x20 watts RMS, so a dedicated amp will be worthwhile to realize its true potential!
This is probably the cheapest CD/MP3 player in Alpines range currently, but it beats the hell out of any Sony equivalent! I paid £70 for mine, including delivery, at ant just over 4 months old, I think is an absolute steal, well worth the money.
