I grabbed this as a total bargain for my son, I had previously paid £150 for another brand and my son dropped it and broke it, i found it almost impossible to find someone to fix it at a reasonable price. I saw this one on ebay for £30 plus £10postage costs(BNIB).Its a bit bulkier than the more expensive one,but the picture quality is just as good, so in my opinion, i felt i was cheaper buying a new dvd player rather than getting my old one fixed, especially when you are buying for accident prone kids.

Can not find fault with this item,exactly as described and in near perfect condition.Wish i could find one with a larger screen in this near new condition,but it is handy for using on long train journeys.

bought this dvd player so i could watch dvds without disturbing the family and to take on holiday to watch in caravan on wet days what i liked about this was it was a good price and i am able to watch all dvds in peace and quiet with head phones and not disturb others so they can watch tv play games without me disturbing them

joanne who is handicapped loves this as she has own personal entertainment.also when we go on holiday we will take it as will give her some thing to do .when us old people need a brake.i brought it for this very reason and it has been good

Alba portable dvd playerI paid £15.00 for this and the quality is great, the sound if good and it does the job fine. If you want a product and are not too fussy or an expert in sound and visual quality and just want a gadget that works, then this a a low buget item for you. Top marks in my book. I am just average uninformed joe bloggs that wants something cheap that works and this fill all those boxes.
