I bought this DVD because I am a shoot the longbow myself and found the film very informative and well put together. The actors were a little cheesy at times, however the historical content and commentary is first-class and historically accurate - a good introduction on the history of the weapon. Recommended.

) If you are interested in the history of Henry V and the battle of Agincourt, then you'll find this DVD well worth watching. The narration and reconstruction of the events take you to the battlefield. Seeing the longbows in action was brilliant.

I am so interested in the history of our past,we were once such a proud nation,this dvd docudrama sums up that spirit that has all but been taken away for the last 40 years.Well worth watching.
