Aerosmith - Aerosmith/Get Your Wings/Toys In The Attic (The Collection) (CD 2004)

This is a triple box set of Aerosmith's first three albums. CD 2004.I have been trying to get hold of a copy of the first Aerosmith album, entitled just Aeromith, for some time. Then I found this triple special on ebay. That was it.... all three of their first albums in one purchase. Total of 25 tracks. Excellent.

and I must say they are excellent. It is great to hear the early Aeromith... before fame got in the way. The three albums are AEROSMITH, GET YOUR WINGS and TOYS IN THE ATTIC.
Its funny but these early albums contain some of their greatest work (not all of it of course, as Aerosmith continued to write and record some excellent work for thirty years). Included in this collection are... Dream on, Mama kin, Same old song and dance, The train kept a rollin', Walk this way and Toys in the attic and lots more.

The CD's are packaged in a presentation box, that is not in individual jewel cases, and come complete with CD inserts.I haven't seen this advertised before and so purchased this as a real bargain. It immediately went on to my ipod along with PUMP, PERMANENT VACATION... and other Aerosmith CD's.

I don't know that this will come up again on ebay but if it does, don't miss out on this opportunity to buy some early Aerosmith. This really is a great asset to any music collection.
