Album Notes 'Aerial' is the eighth album from the enigmatic English singer-songwriter Kate Bush. Her beguiling mix of progressive rock and pop sound as fresh and imaginative as ever on this release. The single, 'King Of The Mountain', is included. | |||||||||||

A sky of Honey & A sea of Honey forms this masterpeice. King of the mountain is her latest single and is inspired by Elvis. This album is a blend of Kate once more returned to her peak as an artist.Dont miss out on this gem. Kate Bush was really good in the late 70s and 80s. But this release is really poor. It seems, that she has lost her love for music. All songs are poor in presentation. Her voice is not as good as it was a decade ago. So please don`t waste your money. Don`t buy this CD. Review ID: 10000000000105597 Was this review helpful? King of the Mountain is especially good; it really makes your heart lift and the introduction to Nocturn is stunningly beautiful. I do like the inclusion of Rolf Harris talking about his painting...great fun. The birds got a bit tiresome but hey, I'll forgive her almost anything. The woman is a genius. Report this review Review created: 09/08/08 by: monstermuse23 ( 3 ) I had most of Kate's earlier work and wanted to to keep up with her latest, but only recently got Aerial; I'm sorry I didn't get it sooner. It is "quieter" than some of her past work, but it grows on you, and has a depth and maturity without lacking energy. It also has the single best CD package design I've seen in years, amazingly clever. To my mind, Kate Bush accomplishes something newly great with each new release, one of the hardest working musicians in the business. Listen to it several times, you'll get hooked.
