WARNING newandusedlaptops4u are CON-ARTISTS

I bought a laptop from newandusedlaptops4u. Sadly it broke after I used it only twice (but I have heard that this item is 1st class when working). So I can not offer much advice about the product, but I can warn any potential buyers to avoid newandusedlaptops4u. These con-artists took my money and when I complained they requested I return the item (which cost me another £15.00 in P&P). They then returned the laptop to me a week later still broken. I once again phoned them, and was asked to return it for a second time – Which I did, costing me another £15.00 P&P. Since then I can not get a reply to any of my emails and the number listed on eBay no longer works! Since I paid for the item by cheque, eBay cannot give me a refund and are of no use whatsoever... Be warned newandusedlaptops4u claims to be a business, but are nothing more than con-artists!

lovely keyboard, lovely looking, easy to navigate, like how it connects wirelessly with router was quite surprised, the screen and graphics with windows vista is great, crystal clear display. only downside is hasn't got slot for an sd card to fit.

I love my purchase as it is just what I wanted but at a much more reasonable price than new and so enabled me to purchase it. I decided to buy it as my old pc is 'old' and wanted to upgrade to a better model but as I only use it for personal home use was loathed to pay hundreds.

i brought this laptop for my daughter who has just started secondary school and wanted one to do her home work on... this is a excellent laptop and comes with all the extras eg msn.. anti virus.. games... ect.It is quicker than what i thought as its got windows vista and been told it will run slower with it but thats not the case as it is quicker than my desktop pc.. the buttons and the mouse pad are excellent.. i was told this would be a great student laptop but i think it would be suitable for all ages hope this review has been of help ceri

quite good machine reliable nice for the eyes, 1ghz ram fast, one of the best seller of acer serries.
