THE PRICE SWUNG THE DEAL FOR ME AS I WANTED A SOMETHING NOT TO EXPENSIVE FOR MY DAUGHTER (MINE COST 110.00). I ALSO WANTED SOMETHING THAT DIDN'T RUN ON THE LINUX OS (THIS RUNS ON WINDOWS XP). SPEED IS MUCH QUICKER USING WINDOWS AND THE ASUS HAS SOME NICE FEATURES . START UP IS VERY QUICK AS IS PROGRAMS AND THE INTERNET TO OPEN .SCREEN IS A NICE SIZE AND VERY BRIGHT . KEYBOARD IS NOT TO SMALL . BRILLIANT FOR ALL MY DAUGHTERS NEEDS AND EASY TO CARRY AROUND .

This is a cracking little netbook...and so light & portable.
It has a Linux operating system, which is a piece of cake to use.
Great for surfing the web with simple wifi connection.
The screen quality is very good if a tad small.
It has a built in webcam, pre-loaded Skype and plays music/videos etc using a USB memory stick or SD card.
Overall a superb a web-surfing and multimedia travel companion.
