A fantasically clever and witty film, maybe not so laugh-out-loud as This Is Spinal Tap, but still there's more than enough detail to warrant multiple viewings.

In the same vain as Spinal Tap but Folk bands instead of a rock band.
Not quite as funny as Spinal Tap. I bought this as I'm a fan of the Spinal Tap movies and it will sit with my collection.

Very funny follow up to Best in ShowReview created: 02/06/06

) Christopher Guest is a really good director who consistently provides tongue in cheek movies. A Mighty Wind continues the series after Best in Show which is a classic of its genre. This film takes the theme of ridiculing the Folk/Poop music of the late 70's early 80's. Very funny and has a final denouement which is entirely unexpected.
