28 Weeks Later (DVD)

This is the sequel of the movie "28 days later" which takes as 6 months after the first one. All the infected have died of starvation and London is beginning to repopulate. Again something goes wrong and everybody is running for their lives.
This is pretty much the synopsis of the movie. The scenery (central London) is nice and special effects are ok also. The movie has nothing more to show you than the first one and it is not a movie that you are going to remember for more than a week.
If you like gore, blood and splatter then this movie is for you. If you want a plot, some descent acting and a good script then see something else.
Surely not a movie to buy but a movie to rent when you are with your friends.
The most annoying thing was the camera shots which is like an infected has the camera on his hands when he is running.

If you ever wondered what it would be like if you were the only person left alive in a big city, No one to talk to, Not knowing what had happened and in all the dark places the living dead are ready to pounce and make the human race extinct.

I found this film griping from start to finish, I didn't realise it was going to be a zombie film (got a bit bored with them in the 80's)!! But this movie was well worth seeing. It is set in London after a deadly virus escapes from an animal testing lab. 28 days later everyone is seemingly dead and the star of the film awakes from a coma after suffering a bike accident. Not knowing what had happened he starts to look for life.

This film is not for the faint hearted and those who do not like blood. The deadly virus is spread by ingesting blood or being bitten!

The sound track to the film is great with some catchy tunes and helps keep you on the edge of your seat.

aaaaa scary film make me wanna poop, really really funny there is more comedy in this film than in any other including ET.

I bought this dvd because I love scary films. The film was alright but was a bit drawn out and I found myself getting bored and waiting for the end. Not one I will watch a second time.

For a second film this is very gripping. It had me on the edge of my sit alot of the way. This is a must watch film if you enjoyed 28 days later!!
